1) Aluminum Case:

The case dimension is 700x530x80 mm,it concludes one piece of film,one piece Meanwell power Adapter & controller.

2) Panel Dimension:

1 pcs of film panel 500*500*1.2 mm ; you can cut the size as you want for actual project.

3) HUB board

Each HUB board with 16 flat cable interface;We use ethernet cable. For a Surcharge we make it for you WIFI Ready

4) Control card

The system can be controlled by WIFI ,4G or cluster control.Control card is our own brand, NOT Novastar or other brands.

3) Brightness

Average 2000nits, maximum being 4000 nits and color temperature won't change.

4) Main Power

Seperate main power supply 3.5 kw,Max support 50PCS panels (12.5sqm). DC 220v~280v input ; AC 12V output

5) Does direct sunlight effect it ?

Strong Anti-UV material,the color won't change within 5 years.

6) If one pixel are broken,how should repaire it ?

We use in General top quality LED Chips there should be no Failed Pixels during a 3 year Period, which we surely can not warrant a 100%.

If a Pixel fail Occur ,it needs to be replaced with a new 1/4 square.

7) should we have config software on PC and make connection?

We will offer U disk includes software and Configuration file .Sending file in the software can quickly complete configuration.

8) When there is a temperature difference between indoors and outdoors,will water droplets appear on the glass and cause a short circuit ?

The problem of water knot has not been encountered now,because we removed the air when we stick the panel.Besides there's a three layers of waterproof treatment.

9) Outdoor sunshine is stronger,will there be heat dissipation problem ?

The Max power consumption is 350w per square,so the actual screen temperature is low.
